Welcome Letter – Upcoming Induction

Dear FAHS Family,

We are excited to welcome you to our 12th Annual Hall of Fame Induction and Reunion Celebration, taking place on May 2nd. As we prepare to gather once again, I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to our Board members and the entire Frankfurt family for your continued commitment, support, and dedication. This event is only possible because of you.

On May 2nd, we will proudly come together to honor our 2025-2026 Hall of Fame Inductees. Since the Hall’s founding in 2012, we have celebrated the achievements of 251 Student Athletes, 27 Coaches, 13 Mentors, 6 Honorary Members, and 23 Teams. This year’s class continues that proud tradition of excellence.

Frankfurt American High School (FAHS), the flagship school of the Department of Defense Education Activity school system, served as a cornerstone of American education abroad from 1946 until its closure in 1995. For nearly five decades, FAHS educated the children of U.S. military and civilian personnel stationed in Frankfurt, Germany, offering a rigorous academic experience while fostering a strong and lasting sense of community.

During its history, 29,463 alumni—students, faculty, and administrators—passed through FAHS’s halls. Some of our alumni are now in their 90s, yet all share the unique experience of growing up and learning far from home. This bond, built on shared memories and lifelong friendships, remains one of the school’s greatest legacies.

The Hall of Fame plays a vital role in preserving and celebrating that legacy. By recognizing outstanding students, coaches, mentors, and teams, we ensure the spirit of FAHS and the achievements of the Frankfurt Eagles continue to inspire generations to come. Our induction ceremonies and reunions provide a meaningful opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and celebrate the pride that defines our FAHS family.

We look forward to celebrating with you on May 2nd in Raleigh, NC as we honor our newest inductees and continue to uphold the enduring legacy of Frankfurt American High School.
